Concerning A-1 Basements and COVID-19

The safety of our customers and employees has always been the number one priority at A-1 Basement Solutions.

A-1 Basement closed temporarily on March 19th to limit the effects of Covid-19 and mitigate the health concerns it presents all of us. Our duty to the community was to help flatten the curve, so we shut our doors for 8 weeks.

Last week Governor Murphy signed NJ Executive Order 122, this allowed non-essential construction businesses like A-1 Basement Solutions to resume work on Monday May 18, 2020.

Appropriately, we have taken many steps to keep everyone safe while continuing to provide you with the extraordinary service you have always received from A-1 Basements.

We are following CDC and OSHA guidelines for our industry, namely keeping you safe while making your homes dry and healthy. These practices include increased sanitizing of our office, warehouse and tools.  In your homes we are doing “safety first inspections”; this allows the comfort level of the homeowner and their families to remain our top priority. We will be wearing masks and gloves and practicing social distancing when we enter to inspect your basement. The same goes during work installation. We will also be using hospital grade biocide to disinfect your home daily.

We value our customers and team members above all else and are grateful for your continued trust in us. We will continue to do everything necessary to maintain that trust.

Thank you and be well,

Doug Lynch
