A wet basement in Raritan is often caused by porous concrete
Raritan Borough has many a wet basement and is located in Somerset County, NJ. The Borough is 2.03 square miles and has 6,881 residents (US Census 2010). Raritan was formally part of Bridgewater Township as a subdivision. In 1948 the Borough separated from the Township.

Concrete is Porous
